How long will my order take to arrive?


If an order is placed on Exclusive Art during a weekday before 12pm, the item will be despatched the same day for next day working delivery. Please see individual items for exceptions. If you require delivery on a certain date, please specify this in the special instructions box at the checkout of the online order form.
Please be aware that delivery over 250 miles within the UK may take up to 48 hours and that overseas delivery takes approx 2-5 working days

I like a piece of art on the website but wonder if I can have it in a different size or colour?

All Exclusive Art artists are open to commissions, please email sales@exclsiveart.co.uk and we will contact the relevant artist and arrange a quote.

Is there anywhere I can view these paintings in person?

Most Exclusive Artwork is on display in the Lucy Art gallery in West Yorkshire. The gallery is a short distance from Junction 40 of the M1 and Junction 28 of the M62 and is open to the public as follows;

Monday – Thursday 10am – 4.30pm
Friday – Saturday 10am – 4pm
Sunday CLOSED

Opening times may be subject to change over holiday periods, if in doubt, please contact the gallery prior to making your journey. If you are coming to view a specific painting, please contact the gallery to ensure it is on display and unsold.

Which payment methods do you accept?


Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Visa Debit, Electron and most major credit cards either through Paypal or Google Checkout. You can also pay by cheque or cash if collecting from the gallery.

Delivery

If you have not paid for a Saturday delivery then all deliveries are made between 9am & 5pm, Monday to Friday. The parcel WILL require a signature so please ensure you choose a suitable delivery address taking this into account. Alternatively Exclusive Art is able to deliver to neighbour or relative’s houses, work places but NOT PO Box addresses.
If no-one is able to accept the delivery at the address given, please leave a SIGNED note on the front door advising the courier where to leave the parcel i.e. on the property, neighbour, local Post Office etc.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the local depot and delivery will be attempted again the next day. PLEASE NOTE Exclusive Art uses outside couriers and the couriers CANNOT call clients for any reason.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT EXCLUSIVE ART CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELIVERY DELAYS THAT OCCUR ONCE YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN DESPATCHED, ALTHOUGH ALL EFFORTS WILL BE MADE TO AID CLIENTS IN ANSWERING THEIR CONCERNS AND CONTACTING THE COURIERS.


Is the website secure?

Yes, your payment details are taken via industry standard 128bit SSL secured shopping basket and stored on a secure server. There have been no security problems that we are aware of using this system

What if my artwork arrives and it is not suitable?

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, if you have received goods from Exclusive Art but simply changed your mind regarding their purchase, you may return these items for a full refund subject to the following conditions;
  • Items must be returned to Exclusive Art in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Any damage that has occurred to these items whilst in your possession may affect your refund.
  • Exclusive Art MUST be notified of your intent to return an item within 7 days of receipt and then the item itself must be returned within the 7 days that follow that notification. Exclusive Art CANNOT refund on items returned outside of this procedure.
To return your order, please carefully repackage the item(s) in the manner they arrived with you and then call on 0845 659 0660 or e-mail sales@exclusiveart.co.uk and we will arrange a courier to collect. Once the goods are back with us, an e-mail will be sent in reply to your refund request.
Any problems with any part of your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.


What if my artwork is damaged during delivery?

If, on the very rare occasion, your artwork is lost or damaged during transit, please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify Exclusive Art within 24 hours of receipt. For weekend deliveries, please call 0845 659 0660 and leave a message on our answer phone or email sales@exclusiveart.co.uk.
When being delivered, please check the entire box for damage and, if possible, open the parcel and view the contents before a signature is given. Otherwise we advise all customers to sign, "NOT CHECKED" with the courier and score through any small print accepting the condition of the parcel if you have any doubts about damage upon delivery.
